Armor Sandwich Returns & Refunds Policy

Armor Sandwich (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”), operated by Armor Sandwich LLC, wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.

1. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us First: Email us at mokisi888@outlook.com within the return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm the return shipping address. Do not ship your return without an RA number.
  • Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Armor Sandwich is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

2. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period may not be accepted. The delivery date is determined by the carrier’s tracking information.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND ITEM CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Be free from odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of use.
  • Be returned with all included accessories or components.

For hygiene and safety reasons, plush toys that have been removed from their original packaging and show clear signs of use may not be eligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. Items that fail inspection may be returned to you at your expense, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges are available only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly. To request an exchange, please contact us at mokisi888@outlook.com with your order details and clear photos showing the issue.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, color, or character, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. REFUND METHOD AND PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund the return shipping cost.

8. ORDER CANCELLATION RULES

  • Orders can only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment stage.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may follow the standard return process after delivery.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons of suspected fraud, inventory limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mokisi888@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.

We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges where applicable. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

10. REFUSED OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs duties, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

  • Additional reshipping fees will apply, and the customer is responsible for these costs.
  • If you choose not to have the package reshipped, we may issue a refund for the product cost, excluding original shipping charges and any return shipping fees incurred.
  • Packages abandoned by the carrier or customs authorities are not eligible for a refund.

11. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND

The following items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or show signs of wear after delivery.
  • Items returned without an RA number.
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window.

Eligible non-final sale items purchased on promotion may be returned for store credit only.
